3. Sensitivity: The ratio of the output voltage in mV to the input power in mW. This is measured at -20dBm (0.01mW) input power with RL=10KW.
4. Flatness: Half of 10*log of the ratio of the maximum to minimum output voltage with a constant input power. This is measured at -20dBm input power with RL=10KW.
5. Rv (Video Resistance): Is the output resistance of the device with -20dBm input power.
