Description:

MCE / Metelics' GaAs Beam Lead diode process offers Single and Anti-Parallel devices with high performances at commercial prices. These Diodes are optimized for use in mixer application at millimeter frequencies. The Single is ideal for single ended mixer, the Anti-Parallel is ideal for harmonic mixers and the Tee is used in balanced mixers. The device can be mounted using thermal compression bonding or epoxy beam attach.
