Description:

Aeroflex / Metelics' GaAs Surface mount diode process offers Single and Anti-Parallel devices with high performance at commercial prices. These Diodes are optimized for
use in mixer application at millimeter frequencies. The Single is ideal for single ended mixer while the Anti-Parallel is ideal for harmonic mixers. The device can be mounted
using conductive epoxy with the pads attached directly to the circuit. Wire or ribbon bonding can be used with the Pads up.
