The MMA500 is a fully matched amplifier fabricated in Aeroflex / Metelics reliable InGap HBT technology. The economical SOT89 package provides excellent wide-band performance. Features include DC - 6 GHz broadband operation, ± 0.5 dB Typical Gain Flatness and 50 Ohms Input/Output Impedances.

 


MMA-701

The MMA701A is a low cost packaged InGaP HBT ideally suited for cellular, PCS, 2.5/3G, MMDS, WLL and other types of wireless infrastructure applications where flat gain and good linearity are required. These devices offer an exceptional combination of performance, efficiency, and versatility to quickly bring a superior solution to market.


MMA703 & MMA706
DC - 6 GHz Broadband Gain Blocks

The MMA703 & MMA706 are a fully matched amplifier fabricated in Aeroflex / Metelics reliable InGap HBT technology. The economical, low parasitic molded package provides state-of-the-art wideband performance. Features include ± 0.5 dB Typical Gain Flatness and 50 Ohms Input/Output Impedances. These models are available in a 2012 package configuration.

MMA707, 1 Watt InGaP HBT Amplifier

The MMA707-3030 is a Power InGaP HBT device that is designed to provide moderate power levels from 100 MHz to 2.5 GHz. Best operation is obtained across narrow bandwidths, typically 10%. The device is characterized in Class A operation. The device is assembled in a low profile plastic package that is a 3mm square QFN style that has eight leads. The backside of the package is DC/RF/Thermal ground.


MMA709, 2 Watt InGaP HBT Amplifier

The MMA709-3030 is a Power InGaP HBT device that is designed to provide moderate power levels from 100 MHz to 2.5 GHz. Best operation is obtained across narrow bandwidths, typically 10%. The device is characterized in Class A operation. The device is assembled in a low profile plastic package that is a 3mm square DFN style that has eight leads. The backside of the packages are DC/RF/ Thermal ground. The device is also available in SOIC8 Package.

  • High Output Power: +34 dBm (Typ)
  • High 3rd Order OIP3: +54 dBm (Typ)
  • High Dynamic Range: 97 dB (Typ)

MMA-710 & MMA-710X
Broadband Gain Blocks

The MMA710 is a broadband fully matched packaged InGaP HBT ideally suited for narrow or broadband applications. This device offers a flat gain/power response from 100KHz through 4 GHz, with usable gain to 5 GHz. This device delivers an outstanding combination of broadband P-1dB compression, linearity and efficiency and is ideally suited as a general purpose gain block or driver. A d


MMA712 DC to 12 GHz Amplifier

The MMA712 is a fullymatched Darlington Amplifier,constructed with reliable InGaP-GaAs HBTtechnology.Exhibits extremelyflat gain response overthe operating band. MMA712 is available in CM22 and 2012 package configurations.

The MMA612 Die, as are all of our HBTs, is designed at Aeroflex / Metelics utilizing InGaP HBT technology. Designed for flat gain (+/- 1.0 dB) over the operational bandwidth - DC to 12 GHz with excellent input and output Return Loss. These HBT offer stable performance over temperature with excellent OIP3 - good linearity (+29 dBm @ 2 GHz, +23 dBm @ 6 GHz).

Applications for this device was designed for broadband performance and exhibits excellent gain flatness (+/- 1.0 dB) over the operational band. Its main selling points are gain flatness, temperature stability and OIP3. Instrumentation and Defense applications would be likely targets for this device.
